The Pilipinx American Student Association (PASA) engages students at California State University East Bay in activities and programs that aid in enriching educational growth, enhancing Pilipinx cultural awareness, and providing opportunities for community service and leadership development. PASA builds lifelong camaraderie with its members, providing a solid foundation of support and guidance that will help them succeed throughout and after college.

Hi everyone! I’m a video & animation major. Mostly focus on becoming animator. Thing about me I like playing souls and fighting games. I’m a techie person and love to build pc.

Thank Core for giving me the experience and opportunity. Meeting new people and being part of a community. Truly when coming to east bay I felt alone and thought that my college years would just be constant work and school. I wish for that college experience and Pasa granted so many whole new experiences and place I never thought I would go. I want to thank for my core members for working so hard and everytime I do see my core members push themselves if want to make self push even more. Thank you again my Core member and Pasa for changing my life.

Heyo! I’m Sharmaine and I’m one of your Hxstorians! You usually see me and one of my good friends, Christian who is another Hxstorian, floating around taking photos/videos and/or managing the photo booth to help continue the memories of PASA for future generations to see! I joined PASA last Fall of 2023 and got picked up in Function Fam by my Ate Anna and my three siblings. It’s only been a year since I’ve joined and I can say I have met a great amount of friends who I can proudly say are bestest, loving and understanding people I’ve ever known. I hope by joining PASA, everyone is having lots of fun and making new friends. Hope to get to know more of you soon! 🥰

Dear PASA Family,

It has been a great year being your hxstorian along with my friend, Christian.

We have worked together on being present to capture photos and videos of unforgettable memories for current and future members to enjoy.

I wanted to end my last year at CSUEB by being a part of CORE and pleased to be one of the people to contribute to PASA’s legacy.

Through this organization, from when I joined back in Fall of 2023, I have met some really good, supportive friends. Since then, I have been welcomed into Function Fam by my Ate Anna, gained three sibs, and in the last year, I extended our Icy Line by picking up my Ading Eric.

I am so grateful I joined PASA and met all of you. And to everyone I have met through PASA, I appreciate you for being part of my journey at CSUEB.

On an end note, please keep utilizing the photo booth! I believe it is a huge part of PASA where members create long-lasting friendships that will continue on forever.
